On arrival, I found the system running in cool mode with a head pressure of nearly 500psi and a 40°SC. I rinsed off the coils to ensure proper airflow across the condensing unit and confirmed the system was overcharged. I went over my findings with the homeowner and they chose to have the repair done today. I recovered 3# of R-410A to return the system back to the required 8°SC value. The system was operating with a 20° temp split between return and supply plenums prior to departure. Everything is working at this time.
