Service diagnostic found that the condenser fan motor had failed. I also found that the capacitor for the condenser unit was below value and the capacitor for the blower motor was below value. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and he chose to replace the two capacitors and the condenser fan motor. I replaced the condenser fan motor, the condenser capacitor and the blower motor capacitor. I function tested the system and the system is now operational. The system was running at the completion of service.
