I performed my diagnostic and found that the primary condensate line had backed up, tripping the emergency water safety switch. I found a considerable amount of dirt and dust inside the return air ducting. I went over repair options with the homeowner and he chose to have the drain cleared today. I cleaned and cleared the drain line until the line was clean and water was running smoothly through. Tested and verified the slope of the drain to ensure proper condensate removal. Cycled high voltage power back on and function tested the system. Everything is working at this time.
