Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump cooling system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Did find the TESP to be running high on the unit, which is not allowing for the proper amount of airflow across the evaporator coil. Recommend to schedule a time to come out to further take a look at the ducting concerns. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No major issues were found. Everything is working at this time.
