Our AC had stopped cooling. Ended up having frozen coils due to leak which Eli found. The next day or two Jacob Barty and another team member installed the new coil in about 5 hours. Cost was a higher than expected. I was told costs had gone up across the industry due to Covid, shortages, tariffs, etc. so assuming other companies may be high too. Garner also has a flat rate policy so no breakdown in part cost vs labor, but they did good work and got my AC cooling again so I’m happy. I’ve used Garner in the past and would do so again! Both Eli and Jacob were super friendly and knowledgeable and they both do great work.
