Performed AC cool check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The filter was clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. I cleaned the condenser coil. The capacitor for the blower motor was below value and the condenser fan motor showed signs of overheating. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and she chose to have the blower motor capacitor replaced today. I replaced the capacitor and function tested the system. The system was running at the completion of service.
