Customer system is operating fine reacquainted the customer with the thermostat as this thermostat is different from the one she had previously customer was unclear on proper operating procedure and which number is meant what so we did a quick breakdown session on thermostat programming and she is clear now. Left phone number for tech so she could call if she has future questions to determine if we need to come out or not.
