Really appreciated such fast communication within the company. An agent called as soon as I made the appointment for same-day to confirm the times, I called later to warn I would be arriving late and they were extremely pleasant with passing that information on, and I can’t say enough nice things about Troy. He was so much fun, explained the situations, and helped with tips on what to do should this continue to be a problem. Coming from someone who works for the Walt Disney Company, customer service is HUGE. Troy was very personable, funny, and just great all around. Wish it wasn’t $700+ for a possible “bandaid” but I know that’s not on him so he gets a 10/10! The associates who helped me over the phone, 10/10!

The team at Hot 2 Cold really impressed in their ability to go the extra mile and really assist in diagnosing issues and listening to the customer. After a number of very warm days and constant AC running, I reached out and Brennan worked diligently to review the system, ducts, and insulation to try to determine the cause from my concerns. Ultimately it's hot, but the system is working and is well designed, but that didn't stop Brennan from checking everything before explaining his reasoning. Past experiences with other companies always was an upsell to something new or extra items to prolong the lifespan, but Hot 2 Cold was honest and felt there was nothing to quote unless I wanted it. Breath of fresh air to AC companies and tremendously recommend Hot 2 Cold!

Upon arrival I removed blower motor. I was having a very difficult time trying to remove the blower and motor. I sanded down the shaft I added lubricant a couple of times and tried using my blower pulley also tried using penny nail. The shaft was not moving at all. I recommend customer to replace motor as well. They agreed and per Wayne we discounted $200 from the blower motor. I had the blower motor in my truck and installed it. System is working great with no problem. Customer paid $1425 total with card.
Upon arrival system was off. I turned on system and blower wheel is completely defective. Looks like we were here a year ago and did a blower pull and clean. The blower wheel slid in the housing but it was not screwed. No screws were in the housing. I pulled out blower housing and found blower wheel detached. Informed customer and he agreed to the estimate. Tenant paid $200 deposit today with card. Per Wayne waived the emergency fee for today. Customer owes $675.
Upon arrival system was cooling fine. I inspected unit and found sec pan full of water. Also found the drain line clogged. Informed customer and she agreed to go ahead and perform drain line treatment. Flushed drain line with water and vacuum. Drain line was very clogged up. I sent invoice to customer through email she said they will pay it later today or tomorrow they have to get it approved from their department.
Customer had us out because his drain line was clogged. Vacuumed it out and poured hot water down the drain line to remove obstruction. They now have a very clear drain line.
