Troy seems great ! Hot2cold has always been great and he keeps the tradition going
Replaced the capacitor. Current capacitor failed.
Provided virtual estimate for customer
Customers called us out because they had a flood and the condensing unit was submerged fully. Troy advised that the best course of action would be to raise the condenser and replace it. Customers agreed. We signed off on a 2 ton Rheem to replace the one that’s there
found homeowners have no 240 in home only 110 - customers may need location to dry up due to flooding and being so close to the water. All 230/240 breakers may have been affected due to the hurricane, customer took off panel on his own, I do not recommend customers touching anything in regards to the work we are out for to avoid liability issues, due to the customer personally taking off panel I did not put it back on as I did not personally remove it.
Customer complained that his condenser was shutting off in the afternoon. Drain line was fairly loaded up. Had a bunch of gunk in it sub cooling seemed a little high, but not dramatically high so I vacuumed out the drain line. Check the gauges again it seem to come down a little. His split temperature is off by a couple of degrees but nothing major.
Fixed the drainage pipe

Upon inspection in attic find no source of water leaking from unit onto range vent. Range vent is clear from any piping to air handler
Needs new ss3 or nstalled system up and running
Today we visited because the AC wasn’t working. Scott cleaned the drain and that didn’t fix it. The issue was a bit of leftover water in the float switch. After resetting the switch the unit came on and performed as it should.
