Hot to cold was prompt on the service as our unit was not blowing cold in 94 degrees early summer. James came out the next day and was quick to diagnose the problem. We were back to cold AC in less than an hour. Appreciate the fast turnaround and professional service.
Amazing customer service as always. 100% worked to get me AC even when they were fully booked. Someone came by my house after hours to make sure I didn’t suffer in this heat.

The customer called me to their home because their air conditioner was not cooling. I arrived and inspected the system and found that the float switch was filled with water. I turned the system on and off to see if it would run efficiently, but it was not. I informed the customer of the issue and they agreed to performing a drain treatment. I performed the drain flushing and vacuumed out the line with water and chemical. A lot of nasty gunk and slime came out. I primed the line with water and checked the pressures and temperatures. I also inspected all the capacitors and they were looking good. The customer paid $189 for the drain treatment with a card.
I arrived at the customer's home to find that the system was off and the Tstat control was not working. I checked the batteries and reset the system, and it came right on. I checked the pressures and everything looked ok. The system needs a really good tune up, but the pressures are a tad bit low. I hosed off the filter and let it dry. Per Wayne's instructions, I set the tsat to fan ON. The customer paid $79 with a card.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job at a customer's home where I replaced a blower motor and inspected another unit. Upon arrival, I noticed a high-pitched noise coming from the Amanda unit. I opened it up and found that the blower motor was on its last legs. I also checked the pressures on the carrier unit and found them to be good. The customer paid $205 for the blower motor and $680 total for today's work.
Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioning system was not cooling and there was no air coming inside. I inspected the system and found a defective blower motor. I informed the customer about the issue and he agreed to replace the blower motor. The customer paid $150 for the blower motor and $475 for a deposit on the new blower motor. I installed the loaner motor and the customer paid with a credit card. The total cost for the blower motor and deposit was $950. I informed the customer that we would be back the next week to return with the actual motor that goes in the system.
Upon arrival system was cooling. It was 74 degrees inside the home. I checked electrical components everything was looking good. Unit was getting a 18 degree delta T. I checked pressures and they are looking good. I did come across dirty filter and let customer know to replace filter and to replace those filter more frequently since it’s the cheaper kind. I also informed her the unit will struggle trying to keep the house cool when it’s 90 degrees outside. I sent customer link to pay for service fee which is $1.
Upon arrival system was off on float switch. Flushed drain line with water hose and vacuum. Pulled out a lot of microbial growth. System is cooling correctly at the moment. No issue at all. I was not able to place a sticker on ahu because I don’t know have any more stickers. Customer paid $94 total. I sent the link to the customer to pay through the link.
Upon arrival, customer wanted me to install ecobee tsat. Currently had a t6 Honeywell tsat. Replaced tsat and mounted the new ecobee tsat. Made sure the unit was operating fine with the new tsat. Test it in cool and heat and it’s working great. Recommended a surge protector and uv light for being a new home and keeping the unit up to date. Customer declined uv light and surge protectors. Recommended maintenance also said he will thinking about. Customer paid $159 with card for installing customer provided ecobee tstat.

Customer had us out to asses issues with Air handler and condenser. Upon investigation Troy found that the fan motor in the air handler was buzzing and not engaging the blower wheel.
