Hot to cold was prompt on the service as our unit was not blowing cold in 94 degrees early summer. James came out the next day and was quick to diagnose the problem. We were back to cold AC in less than an hour. Appreciate the fast turnaround and professional service.

Replacing half horsepower 1075 RPM motor. Replacing transformer.
Customer had us out to asses issues with Air handler and condenser. Upon investigation Troy found that the fan motor in the air handler was buzzing and not engaging the blower wheel. The motor wasn’t drawing at amps and the transformer also wasn’t carrying over the 24v. Motor was blown and same with the transformer. The surge protector was also blown. Recommended replacing all.

Customer called us out because the compressor was not working. Upon investigation, Troy found that the capacitor was not functioning properly. We changed capacitor and condenser turned on.
Upon maintaining the system after checking all three capacitors Found the fan capacitor on the outside is ready 3.5 refer to pictures had let The homeowner know that means it is below reading and gonna go out eventually Doing routine maintenance that including inside and outside cleaning With a check up on any electrical connections While cleaning out the drain line also added tablets for drain Notice other two capacitor were recently change by Troy but never checked out the 3rd cap only recommendation for job unit is also very old advise changing in next couple years
Customer called us out because her compressor was not working. Upon investigation, Troy found that the compressor was indeed failing, however, this machine is only three years old. Machine should be under warranty with the previous owner last name, Vianna. Not sure of the spelling. Customers need the estimate to forward to previous owner so the previous owner can help cover the cost. Will be hearing back from them tomorrow.
Went through we maintenance system was perfectly live outside and indoor coil. I evaluated the ductwork. Notice air leaks, the score of the customer that I will create microbial growth recommend a UV light and minor duct repair customer wants quote on the UV light

New blower motor
Customer called us out because the air conditioner is not blowing any cold air. Upon investigation, Troy found that the float switch was faulty. After jumping out the float switch, Troy observed that the condenser was short cycling. Upon further discovery, Troy found that there was an error code of an E 45 which is an IPM board fault Cody customer on replacing both the float switch and the IPM board.
