Tune up special. We discovered that there could be potential for a leak in her system recommending a die test to be performed to find the leak in to assess how much damage is caused. Also recommending a UV light, a surge protector, and a hard start given the age of the system.

Brennan G Today I visited for a water leak suspected to be caused by the ac system. Upon arrival there was no water leaking but i could see where it had been dripping. Directly above where the water stain is there is no drain lines or duct work. I suspect the water is coming through the roof despite roofers saying that is not the case. I did not have a tall enough ladder to get a better look at ceiling.’ We will likley need to schedule another visit
Leveled RTU’s sealed them up. They are draining properly.
