As in previous visits, James was most knowledgeable, personable, and professional in all respects. He is the primary reason we will stay with your company for all current and future air conditioning needs.
Brennan does not give up! He is a great technician. He knows his stuff and, more importantly, communicates what he has done and what is wrong with the system and what it needs. I recommend him highly!!!
I have nothing but exemplary things to say about Brandan. He goes above and beyond for the customer. He also provides thorough explanations of what he has done.
Charles did a great job getting us cool again. Highly recommend
Tony is the best! He is thorough. You couldn’t ask for a better person to work on your AC system
Customer called us out because her drain line kept backing up into her float switch. Upon investigation, Troy found that the pitch of the drain pipe was inverted and needed to get propped up. I detached the drain pipe and re-glued it because it wasn’t holding the water And I elevated the elbow that was sagging to create an appropriate pitch using a wooden wench to support the pipe upwards.
Customer needs to get their HOA to shop vac their drain lines
Picked up batteries
Customer had us out to inspect a leak from his HVAC system. Upon investigation, Troy found that there was a lot of damp two by fours attached to the ceiling, and homeowner had explained there was significant rain the last few days. I suggested he call a roofer to assess how much the damage will be. I inspected the supply Plenum and found it to be sealed properly. I also checked some ductwork that was close to the drip site and did not find any thing compromised.
Checked operation of second floor unit. Unit is heating as should. No issues
Customer had to sell to take a look to see if its HVAC system was leaking. They had some ceiling damage that was caused by a roof leak. Upon investigation, Troy found that the ductwork was integral and the condensate lines go in the opposite direction of where the damage was done. Took a few photos to document.
Customers called us out to replace their 2 1/2 ton heat pump system. Presented a few different options for them and we selected a two stage heat pump.
Upon arrival found secondary pan for unpstairs unit full of water After checking primary safety switch, i found that the water didnt activate it but fill the pan I cleared the drain line, treated it, and clear secondary pan Unit is now operational and draining as should
This is the most basic equipment available for purchase today. It uses a single speed compressor and a single speed indoor fan. This unit is the least expensive to initially purchase and install.
Today we visited because the AC unit stopped working. We learned the unit is not working because of a faulty indoor blower motor. When the unit was installed the refrigerant lines were routed directly in front of the blower. This means if the unit were to be repaired we will need to pump down the refrigerant and cut then reroute the copper refrigerant lines. Since the unit is well past its useful life and uses a refrigerant that was phased out (R-22) it is time to replace the system. James provided the available options for system replacement.
Customer wanted me to check why his air-conditioning was blowing hot air. Condenser has a blown fan motor and the compressor is whining a lot there is a leak in the coil. Sent customers options for replacement. Customer still has to pay for the emergency visit.
Today we visited because the thermostat stopped working a few times and displayed an error code. We learned the issue was a clogged drain line. In addition to the drain line being clogged, the air filter was dirty restricting airflow. James clean the drain and vacuum the filter to clean it as much as possible. Sarah will order replacement pads for her electronic filter.
