Great Service! Always on time!

Set up an appointment for an annual check-up. Our technician Troy was very efficient and courteous. Called in the A.M. with his ETA, showed up on time, removed his shoes when entering my house cause he saw that's what I do, asked several questions to make sure everything was working properly or if there was any concerns with how things are running. After the service, followed through with what was done, age of the units, how they are looking and what we can do to stretch-out it's life line. Made sure there were no questions or concerned. I have been using Hot 2 Cold for several years now and find they are a good company with great employees!

Follow up visit

Hot2Cold has been servicing my AC/Heater for the past 4 years. I had water draining into my garage instead of the outside drainage. Corey was honest in saying it was a clog. He cleaned everything out, walk me through to show everything was working properly, said everything was running good and there was no charge. As with all my experience's with Hot2Cold, their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and clean up when done-I would highly recommend them!

You know, in todays world anything less than perfection is criticized. Hot2cold responded to my first need, great. Now, when I had a repeat issue, they not only cheerfully responded, and at 8:00 in the evening, the same tech came out and found the issue not apparent the first time. No BS excuse, but a deep search for a small wiring issue causing the unit to not communicate with my "nest" thermostat. Yes it took a second trip out to fix my issue, but the experience Of valuing the customer, responding to the issue, standing behind their product and work, is almost unparalleled in todays market. Extremely happy and satisfied in my choice to hire Hot2Cold for our new a/c and heat home system. You guys rock

Customer called because the air wasn’t cooling anymore. Condenser is older than the air handler, it’s a 2007. The air handler is a 2017. When contacts switch was depressed got full voltage going through. Fan motor was not operating. fan motor was very hot. Condenser bulb was not replacing the fan motor was the only option for the customer financially. With a 2017 air handler they system has a better chance than not that replacing the fan motor might get her by for the season.

This pediatric dentist office has two package units on the roof. They are both 4 ton Trane units. The one that’s labeled number one has a loud buzzing compressor. Most likely due to poor airflow as the filters have not been changed for two years so we recommended to do a Polan clean on the blower wheels inside and a maintenance package for commercial maintenance cause they’re gonna need it. Also the filter change itself.

Performed standard tune up. We discovered that there was some biological growth inside the air handler. Tested all of the gauges for refrigerant levels and pressure. All looked good. Customers condenser was tripping the breaker. Customer said it was the second time it happened, would like some protection on the capacitor so we suggested a hard start and surge protection, also, maintenance plan if any more trouble comes up, they only have to pay $1.
