Customer had us out because their heat wasn’t coming on properly. Upon investigation, Troy found that the system seems to be a little low on refrigerant. Their system is a heat pump and the pressure readings that I was getting on the resting pressures seemed low, however, it is 58° outside currently and the gauges are not going to give me an accurate reading on Pressure necessarily I recommended that the customers rebook the appointment for later in the week on a warmer day when we can assess whether or not he has a leak in the coil or if his reversing valve is not working properly
