Motor replacement and service call New motor and service visit
We installed a new Rheem 14 SEER system in August 2023. Mrs. Ramsey would like the extended warranty. When the warranty is purchased with the installation it is less expensive. Mrs. Ramsey thought she was getting the warranty with the new unit and since it wasn’t clearly communicated the warranty will be offered at the same price as if it had been purchased alongside the AC.

Completed diagnostic, Found intermittent problem with blower motor with module, Gave pricing on generic motor on truck our warranty motor that would have to be ordered, customer only wanted diagnostic at this time.
Found system freezes up,due to clogged evaporator coil. Showed problem to homeowner he is going to try to clean the coil himself and give us a call to come back and do a Maintenance.
