- Replacement of the indoor blower motor and module. (parts warranty)
Today we visited because the upstairs ac unit isn’t working. Upon arrival Marie had the unit switched off. When the system is set to COOL mode everything cycles on, but the indoor blower only runs for 10-30 seconds after which it turns off but the outside unit continues running. The unit has a faulty blower motor/module.
This is the most basic equipment available for purchase today. It uses a single speed compressor and a single speed indoor fan. This unit is the least expensive to initially purchase and install.

Brennan G I set the fan speed back on high per client request
Brennan. G Todays visit was for a system maintenance. The system is mostly clean and all the electrical is within specs. Refrigerant levels are within range. Cleared the drain line and sanitized the air handler. Replaced all 12x12 filters inside the home. I discovered some mildew forming inside the air handler, sprayed with non rinse cleaner and wiped as much of it of as i could. Found the compressor is drawing high start and run amps. Discussed installing a compressor saver and a air purifier to remedy these concerns.
Brennan G Todays visit was for the system still dripping water. Cleared water from emergency pan and vacuumed the drain. Will follow up with James on what we need to do next. Informed Rula we will call her back to schedule the next visit
Perform diagnostic and evaluation of System operation and present Customer with multiple options for Maintenance, Repair, or Replacement of System. Pressurized primary drain line clearing blockage.
Brennan G Todays visit was to investigate why the air handler leaks water into the emergency pan. Upon arrival , the emergency pan had water inside of it , although was not filled all the way or high enough to engage the float sensor. Ran system in cooling mode for appx 30 minutes and did not see any water drip from the air handler. Added a cap to the t fitting access at the air handler and turned the 45 elbow at the end of the line faced upward to “trap” the drain. Checked static pressure before and after the filter, there is only a 0.05in different across the filter. After making changes to the drain (adding a trap fitting and a cap fitting) the drain is producing much more water then before. Watched system run in cooling for about an hour , never saw any water drip from the air handler.
Repair Option install new float switches as instructed primary and secondary in the drain pan
