Instead of replacing parts Kevin will replace the system. James gathered the necessary information to offer pricing to replace the equipment. After the heat load is finished to confirm equipment tonnage James will be sending the quote. Kevin is interested in Carrier brands (Carrier, Bryant, Comfortmaker, Payne), Lennox brands (Lennox and Allied), and York brands (York and Champion).

Brennan G Todays visit was too diagnose the blower motor Found a new blower motor was installed by another company , the motor is the incorrect voltage and horsepower for the system. Wired motor so that it would run and provide cooling for the home until we return with the correct motor. We also need to return with a new uv lamp that our installers broke while onsite. Repair is scheduled for Tuesday. Quoted $425 for the new motor installed Includes a new capacitor and the repair will have a 1 year warranty. No charge for todays visit , courtesy follow up , gave Gabriel $400 off the motor as a thank you for choosing us to do business with. The new motor will need to be a 240v 1/2 HP according the air handler data plate
