Customer called us out because there was condensation coming down off of her air handler in an excessive amount. Upon investigation, Troy found that the customer is suffering from low static pressure. The condensation is bleeding down the ductwork, so upon investigation of the ductwork found there was a Plenum that needs to be rebuilt that is leaking a decent amount of air. We replace the ductwork in 2019 so we quoted them out for one piece of fiber board for someone to come back and replace.
