Customer had us out again because the return Plenum has moisture buildup that is on the outside of it and there’s water that drips down. Put investigation Troy found that the inside of the return Plenum is bone dry so the moisture is not coming from inside the unit, it is building up on the exterior of the Return Plenum. Upon further investigation, there were a few holes a few rips, but more significant was the type of filter that they’re using is a high grade pet dander allergen filter, which is quite thick. I told the customer to get filters that are a little less of a Merv rating And to see if that makes a difference.
