Customer called us out because they were getting a very loud noise from their condenser motor and we’re curious about it. Upon investigation, Troy found that the motors borrow bearings are starting to go and that’s what’s creating the noise. We just installed this unit so it’s very disappointing to the customer we put in for a new factory motor for the condenser And the customer signed off on that. It is covered under gap warranty as we just installed this unit about five weeks ago.
