This Estimate is being presented for the replacement of the Condensing Unit under the Customers Compressor Unit Replacement Warranty Option. Hot 2 Cold gained approval for the replacement of the Condenser due to Compressor failure, and compressor not being in stock and readily available. The cost of this estimate may change depending on IF we need to add freon or not (compressor) - If no freon is needing to be added estimate will be updated to reflect the lower cost of $1075.50. The office will make this adjustment PRIOR to the completion to ensure appropriate charges are provided upon collection the day of the replacement upon completion of the Install.
