Nathan arrived at white member home for a no cool turned it into his tune up. When I arrived the system wouldn’t turn the outdoor unit on. Went to the unit in the attic and the pan was full of water I removed the water and the system started right up spoke to him about membership and he informed me he was a member so I got dispatch to confirm and we turned this no cool into a tune up I then went threw the rest of his system and made sure nothing was in need of repair also did a visual inspection of the evap and blower looking for dirt or dust. I then went out and checked the charge and all electrical in the condenser and made sure the coil was clean All equipment is operational and meeting manufacturers specifications at this time.
