Performed preventative maintenance service on Heat Pump system. Customer met me outside and we discussed maintenance needed and about how the system has been doing. Customer has had no issues since previous visit. I replaced customer supplied filter in filter cabinet. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, evaporator coil, drain and overall condition of equipment in attic. Washed condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected the condenser coil, compressor, fan motor, capacitor, contactor and other electrical components inside the unit. Cycled system on and checked operation, wiring, amps, temperatures and pressures of AC. System is operating normally within manufacturing specs at this time. Made customer aware of more insulation needed in attic and more ventilation. Attic temperature is above average and it’s only mid 80’s out.
