Came out to call for a system not heating properly. Customer stated they turned furnace on this morning and nothing happened. I checked the system over and found the inducer motor seized up, I got it loose and it proceeded to work, but was making a good amount of noise. Amps are high, so I let customer know that that I could get him pricing of replacement part in the morning, and also mentioned our specials for equipment replacement. Customer would like pricing and availability of part and then possibly discuss replacement.
