Jake K. I arrived for a new customer no heat call. I spoke with the homeowner and found that she replaced the filter and the system had stopped working. I inspected the system and found tape that was on the door switch to have come loose. I also found the door to not be on correctly. I removed the tape and put the doors on as they should be and the system came on and ran with no issues. I showed the homeowner what I had done and left the system heating to her thermostat settings. I did not charge the customer.
