Jake k. I arrived for a new customer system replacement opportunity. I spoke with the homeowner and we discussed what she is looking to replace. We discussed the differences in what specials we are offering and she showed me the system and home. One concern of hers is that the sun room did not stay tempered as the rest of the home and wanted duct work added to the sun room. She showed me the room and I found that it did have duct work but the rooms door stays closed and the room had no air circulation in the room. I inspected the home and found that one of the doors was cut off on the bottom of the door about 4-6”. If they leave the door to the kitchen closed and the door to the sun room open they will get better air circulation in the sun room with what duct work is already there.
