Jake K. I arrived for a blue member fall tune up. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the system has been running well. We had also installed heat tape on the drain line and wanted to make sure the unit is in good working order. I inspected the system and found the gas pressures to be high. I lowered the gas pressure from 3.9 tom3.5 IWC and checked the electrical components. I found the furnace to be running well. I then inspected the filters and found them to be fairly clean. I left the homeowner with a replacement pair of filters. Overall this system is running smoothly.
