Completed duct cleaning for the Hyde family. Arrived to job site and introduced myself to Mrs. Hyde. Home had 10 supplies and one return upstairs, and seven floor supplies and two returns downstairs. Inspected the downstairs floor vents, and immediately saw signs of sand and almost every single one. After seeing that, I spoke to her about what I saw about the floor vents and recommended a floor vent cleaning by shop vac, instead of duck cleaning, because of the sand that was found. I didn’t inspected upstairs and looked at the ceiling vents and they were good to be cleaned since all vents were not flexed but galvanized steel.
