Cycled equipment at the recover smart stat. Inspected coil, blower motor, wheel, and electrical connections. This is an x16 fan motor with no capacitor and downflow A coil. Filters are mesh and slide over the coil. Removed filters brushed out coils and filters. Reinstalled and buttoned up equipment. Inspected AC found all components working excellently. Cap reading 45/45 and 7.5/7.5 no voltage drop across contactor, compressor pulling 11.8 amps and fan at .9A 19 degrees delta T. Condenser coils are micro channels and clean. I could not check refrigerant charge due to the type of locking caps on the equipment. recommend to move the drain from under the door or to install a French drain to prevent mud puddles and bugs from getting in the drain line.
