22AUG2023 Jason Brown Arrived for follow up on recent repairs. Spoke with homeowners about the systems performance. It’s struggling around 74 degrees. Inspected AC Airhandler and coil. Found coil clean. Added tape to unused AH filter rack. Adjusted charge from previous visit as indoor temps were over 90. Washed condenser coils. Today I’m reading a 15 degree temperature split. With 59 degrees supply and 74 degree return. With the lack of insulation in the home I think this is the best we’re going to get out of the system. Charge is holding at 8 degrees super heat. System is running to the best of its abilities at this time. No charge as we were just out
