We arrived for a recall on a system we recently inspected. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the system they were having trouble with is working properly. I also found we had our previous technician work on both systems and replace both capacitors on both condensers. We cleaned both condensers and checked the systems refrigerant charge and electrical components. We talked about how our previous technician was not very clear on what he worked on. I apologize for the workmanship that our last technician provided and I assure you it will not happen again. We mounted both capacitors correctly and we agreed to pat what our last technician started for the warranty capacitor.
