16NOV2023 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club fall tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s working well. One day I’ll have y’all take a look at my mr cool, but today let’s stick with the furnace. Cycled equipment at the nest thermostat. Inspected primary and secondary heat exchangers, inspected coil. Cleaned flame sensor. Cycled equipment into heating. Checked all amps, pressures and heat rise. Homeowner recently replaced filters. Found inducer motor rubbing In the housing, and blower cap reading 8.6/12.5 spoke with homeowner about my findings. We decided to go ahead and get them fixed up. Disconnect power and flue. Pull existing inducer assembly. Install new assembly. Replace blower capacitor. Cycle equipment and test operation. System is heating safely and properly at this time. Thanks!
