17NOV2023 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club fall tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about his systems performance. It’s only about two year old, we’re running the heater. airflow is good, except the living, but I’ve shut one register and that’s fixed it. Removed 10x20x1 filters from filter rack, opened up blower and coil. Inspected heat exchanger, coil, and plenums. Cleaned flame sensor. Cycled equipment into heating and tested gas pressure, heat rise, blower/ inducer amps, and all electrical connections/ components. Heat rise at 68/70 system is working properly and safely at this time. Everything else is great.
