20NOV2023 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club fall tune up. Spoke with Pavin about the systems performance. I still haven’t had the heat strips kick in but everything is working well. Inspected thermostat, and air handler. Cycled equipment into heating. Inspected coil, blower wheel, motor, heat strips, sequencing, reversing valve, and all connections and components. Cycled equipment through heat pump, emergency heat, and aux heat. Measured heat rise and all amp draws. Tested sequencing. Inspected heat pump, verified capacitor, cycled defrost. System is heating safely and properly at this time. No recommendations.
