Jake k. I arrived for a club member no heat call. I first inspected the system and found it to be in a permanent lock out. I reset the system and found the system to come on normally. I let the system run and found no issues with it running but when the temperature satisfied the system shut off the whole system at once as well as the blower motor. The blower motor is supposed to stay on to cool the system off after the system satisfies. This is causing the system to go into high limit lock out. I did inspect the heat exchanger and did not find anything at this time. I cycled the system multiple times and found the system to come on normally but the system is not shutting off as it should. I will be checking on the systems warranty and cost to replace the control board. Can’t get ahold of customer to confuse the repair
