07JUN2023 Jason Brown Arrived for summer Arrived for summer tune up service. Spoke with Frank about the systems performance. I replaced the filters yesterday and there are no issues with the system. Opened furnace closet and immediately heard water running. Inspected water heater and found water activity running and draining. Inspected water heater and found the tank to be cracked and leaking. Showed Frank what I found. We discussed replacement and we will be getting a call from his wife later today. Inspected plenum blower and electrical components at the furnace. Inspected AC. found capacitor and contactor in good shape with pressures and amps within manufacture specs. System is operating properly at this time. Attached is estimate for water heater.
