Sam J - arrived to new customers home that had no cool, but was blowing air. Redo the homeowner and discussed his issue as he showed me to the equipment. Turn thermostat on then began diagnosis. Thermostat would call for cool and the blower motor would come on buddy condensing unit was not receiving low-voltage. When I made my way into the attic, I found that the secondary drain float switch was full of water, keeping the condensing unit off. Use my shop vac and nitrogen to clear the drain line from the attic and outside at the drain outlet. Tested drain with my pump up sprayer and got good water flow at the outlet of the drain. Explain to the customer what I have done and what he can do in the future if this happens again. System is operating properly on demand at this time.
