I've had many techs service my A/C and furnace from Interstate. They have all been top notch. The tech that came out to check my furnace/heating unit recently was Oscar. Like all techs at Interstate, Oscar is an experienced pro. Always on time, ready to work, and able to translate all technical info and status of my comfort systems in a simple, precise way. Always respectful of my home and property. I, also, feel fortunate that Interstate allows service appointments on Saturdays. At times, I've often had to have techs come on Saturdays due to my work demands and inability/ freedom to have appointments during the week. To me, this is awesome and I appreciate their flexibility to accommodate working people like myself. Thanks to all at Interstate, including Oscar, for all they do. Trust can be a difficult thing at times. With Interstate, I can honestly say that trust and peace of mind in what they do comes easy. Happy holidays to all the crew at Interstate!
