Jake Kring. I arrived for a new customer system flip over. We discussed the layout of the house and what they are looking to install. We discussed mini splits and a air handler heatpump combo. Any system selection will have a 10 year parts warranty and a 2 year labor warranty. We will also provide a free one year maintenance plan on any system selection. We will also have a 1 year air balancing plan that we will come out up to two times within that year to adjust the air flow to each bedroom that will need adjusting per hot and cold spots.
