System will have a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. We will install a new plenum and line set. We will set the condenser on a new pad and install a new disconnect and whip. We will run one 8” duct to the dining room. The system will be a AHRI 16.0 seer 3 ton 80,000 BTU gas furnace. We are leaving the old equipment and will need to leave it in working condition. We will pump down the condenser to leave what refrigerant is in the system in the condenser. We will cut in two flat face grills in the hallway and install a filter base in the closet. We will not have the system inspect by a state inspection due to the location of the home. If you want the system to be inspected there will be added cost to do so. The attic is a tight space and may need a access cut in to help gain the space to install the plenum and duct work. There will be no additional cost to cut into the sheet rock but we will not patch or pat to have the Sheetrock repaired.
