Upon arrival, the customer reported that both the upstairs and downstairs radiators were not heating. I began a full diagnostic of the heating system and identified significant cold air infiltration around the piping entering from the exterior of the building. Accessible openings were insulated; however, a substantial amount of cold air continued to enter the structure. To further address the issue, I carefully cut multiple access openings in the walls to expose the piping and utilized a heat gun in an attempt to warm the affected areas. The supply piping extends across the ceiling and is currently not fully accessible for complete thawing or insulation. At this time, it is recommended that the customer have a qualified carpenter open the necessary ceiling and wall areas to ensure full access to the piping and to properly seal the cold air entry points. Once adequate access is established, we can return to fully thaw the piping and provide insulation as desired. The piping remained
