Upstairs Bathroom Toilet Repair: The upstairs bathroom toilet tank was loose, and the flush tower was creating excessive noise. We recommended a full rebuild of the internal components to secure the tank and restore quiet, reliable operation for improved comfort and efficiency. Water was shut off to the toilet and the tank was drained and removed. All internal components were removed and surfaces were thoroughly cleaned. A new 3” flush valve, fill valve, tank-to-bowl gaskets, flapper, and handle were installed and tightened securely. The tank was remounted to the bowl, a new braided stainless supply line was connected, and water was turned on. The fill valve was adjusted and the toilet was flushed multiple times to verify proper operation with no leaks observed at this time. Upstairs Bathroom Lavatory Faucet Replacement: The bathroom faucet was leaking from the cartridge, and the pop-up assembly showed corrosion.
