Arrived on site to diagnose no heat on propane boiler. After our initial inspection we saw that Kieth had left a note saying the transformer was not outputting the correct voltage. Tested the transformer ourselves and found it in fact had failed. Neither of the homeowners were home so we called to get approval to swap the transformer. Left a message and in the meantime we installed the transformer to see if that fixed the problem. As soon as power was restored, the new transformer blew and is no longer good. Due to this, we believe there is a short somewhere that caused both transformers to fail. Without approval we cannot continue and we waited an extended period of time before we had to leave. 11/21/25 - Arrived on site to continue diagnosing the issue with the transformers. Today we spent about 4 hours trying to track down a suspected short in the wiring. We believe we narrowed it down to the aquastat but that model is discontinued and we need to rework the wiring of the boiler. W
