Arrived onsite to diagnose a possible gas leak on the water heater gas line in apartment #3. I had installed a Rinnai the previous day and noted a leak during our leak check that I suspected was coming from the existing water heater gas line. I performed a leak check on that line, and it held at 8.5 in/wc for 3 minutes with no pressure drop. When I went down by the meter, I noticed a gas odor. I bubble-tested the meter and found a small leak. Since the meter is typically owned by the gas company, I advised Mr. Walthour to contact them for repair.
