Arrived on site to look at baseboard heat that wasn’t working. The baseboard heat is electric and advised them that they would have to call an electrician. They have a Rinnai heater downstairs, I provided them with estimates to perform an annual tune up and to replace it due to age. They approved the annual tune up. Performed annual tune-up on a Rinnai direct vent heater. Cleaned the burners, heat exchanger, igniter, flame sensor, and air filters. Inspected the safety controls, venting, and overall system operation. Bubble-tested the gas line and checked carbon monoxide levels—no leaks detected. Verified proper operation; the system is functioning correctly at this time.
