Installed new 50 gallon Rheem electric water heater with mixing valve and st12 thermal expansion tank. Repiped a majority of hot water due to it cross connections between cold and hot that had been previously valved off and are no properly separate. Added several hangers on entire system due to lack there of any. Turned thermostats to 150° and set mixing valve to 120° also ran new romex and water tight from a junction box to the water heater. Added a new main water shut off valve and labeled it.
