Ice maker drain was discovered and pulled apart. Reconnected and no sign of leaks. There is some condensation forming at stainless steel pan at bottom of icemaker where male adapter ties into machine but that is minimal and not cause of leak on ice machine. Very small leak on 2nd floor party room hand sink trap. Was not even hand tight. Tightened up trap and drip was gone Need to order 4 cartridges for moen timed lav sinks. Both cartridges are bad on left sink of bathroom in men’s room and the left sink in women’s bathroom hot side cartridge is not working properly so they need to be replaced. One more is questionable in women’s bathroom as well Also need to order 3” TnS twist lever basket strainer for 3 compartment sink on right side. It is currently rusting and disintegrated and needs to be replaced. There are signs of it leaking through housing waiting on approval from management to proceed with new basket strainer. Commercial plumbing service. Estimate to remove old slop sink (a deep sink for filling and emptying scrub pails, washing out mops, etc.) and replace new slop sink.
Identified both mop sink faucets as American Standard 8344, will order and return when parts are in. On 6/27/24 replaced (2) faucets for mop basin. Also adjusted times for metering faucets in bathrooms.
Supply line on faucet was split. Couldn’t get the nut on the supply off of the faucet so I recommended a new faucet. At that point they decided to swap out all of them for metering faucets. Installed two and have the other two on order. On 4/25/24 returned and replaced the remaining two faucets. Also replaced Sloan flushometer for a water closet in men’s bathroom.
