Furnace repair. No heat call. Customers son ripped ecobee stat out of wall. Had to remount and rewire thermostat. Was able to save it. When thermostat was ripped out of wall, it also blew a fuse down in the furnace. Replaced fuse. Customer renewed maintenance program.Tested all mechanical parts. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned out drain trap. Customer just replaced furnace filter. Custer did want to replace humidifier pad (35). Everything is in accurate working condition. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. One visit is being used today and they will have one more visit remaining for spring/2025 cooling season.
