Air conditioner repair. No AC call. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Found contactor not starting system, and completely pitted, also found capacitor extremely low. Replaced the cap using 45/5 and 1 1-shunt contactor. Washed out cottonwood from the unit. Checked compressor amperage and refrigerant levels. The system is clean and operating as it should be at this time. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. They are using one visit today and will have one remaining for fall/furnace season of 2025.
