Plumbing drain piping estimate to replace the suspended waste line in the basement. Removal of existing drain piping. Suspended pipe replacement of both bathrooms, including removal and installation of both closet collars and new piping back to the above stack clean out 18” above the basement floor. All tie-ins will be made off the main sewer line in PVC and will pick up all tie-ins below the floor with no hub bands. Old drum trap from tub with be replaced with a PVC trap, and a new pipe will be run picking up the lav on the same line with no hub tie-ins at the floor. There is some existing PVC pipe that is newer and is going to stay existing, and I am going to tie into which includes the shower and kitchen drain. All piping is to be supported per code, and all work will be code standard. Both toilets will have to be removed and then reset after piping is complete with new wax rings and toilet bolts.
